In partnership with schools, we facilitate supported thinking spaces for teachers to build a shared understanding of what indicates success for all learners and to implement changes to their teaching in response to student data.
Through deliberate shifts in the adult learning culture, we achieve a demonstrated impact on teachers’ experience and student outcomes.
Teacher leaders at each site partner with us in designing and leading the work. Over time, they build their capacity to independently lead collaborative inquiry and sustain the learning culture in their schools and districts.
