We offer one-on-one coaching to support school and district leaders in creating the conditions that lead to effective adult learning at their sites. Our goal is to help you sustain a positive learning culture for adults and equitable outcomes for all students through fostering teacher leadership.

In addition to our multi-phase school and district partnerships, we offer a variety of events and workshops throughout the year. Our workshops are designed for individuals and groups of teachers interested in using collaborative inquiry to deepen adult learning at their sites.
